All About the Lovely Lacy's Webpage!

Lacy is an extremely special girl -- so special she has her own webpage!

Lacy is a TOTALLY SWEET 8 year old, 9.8 pound poodle mix with a soul of gold!

Through absolutely no fault of her own, Lacy found herself in the pound several months ago. Luckily, Waggytail Rescue and its network of loving foster home swas able to take Lacy in and give her a new start.

Lacy has returned this gift of love many times over, showing so much sweetness and a wonderful "person"-ality! Lacy gets along great with everyone she meets, including cats and children. Lacy is great on the leash, is housetrained and up-to-date on her shots.

Waggytail Resuce has learned that Lacy has developed glaucoma. We have taken her to an opthamologist who has diagnosed it as grade 2. For several weeks, Lacy has been on an expensive ($80/bottle) eye drop treatment, which she takes 3 times per day.

At this point, Waggytail's team of veterinary specialists has recommended that Lacy have one of her eyes removed so that it does not cause her pain. This will be a very expensive procedure and Waggytail Rescue is looking for ANY small donation that will help Lacy and help our organization to pay for her care.
